1)Install FPSE
2)Go To Settings
3)Choose System And Choose The option "Bios Loading"
4)Click On That And Choose The File Wich U Got With The .zip "scph1001.bin
5)Then Go To Video Gettings Choose "FrameSkip and Click on "UPTO 30 FPS"
